Ryu and Ken returned from the original Street Fighter, as well as Sagat (who is still a non-playable character however). 9 entirely new characters were introduced in the game, 6 of which are playable: Blanka, Chun-Li, Dhalsim, E. Honda, Guile and Zangief. Balrog, Vega and M. Bison,long side Sagat, make up the 4 bosses of the game.
The character select view is an interactive menu that allows you to click any of the original 8 Street Fighter II: The World Warrior character icons by hovering over them (note: the four bosses have not been implemented in character select view). Alternatively, the grid view displays all relevant info about the characters pertaining to the game.
